A Space to Shine

Welcome to the 国产福利久久av Women's Forum, a chapter of the University System of Maryland (USM) Women's Forum! We are an inclusive group dedicated to creating a cultural shift towards gender equality. Our mission is to actively address women’s issues and empower those in our campus community who identify as female. We welcome input from all members of the 国产福利久久av community, regardless of gender identity.

Through knowledge, connection, and communication, we inspire action and transformation. Join us in making a difference:

The Empower menu tab showcases SUWF allied initiatives, and provides educational and advocacy material to create positive change on campus and beyond.
The Develop menu tab provides information on how to get involved through SUWF from the Internation Women’s Day Conference and casual dialogues to community events – find opportunities to learn, share, and grow in a supportive space.

The 国产福利久久av Chapter of the University System of Maryland Women’s Forum is dedicated to creating a cultural shift towards gender equality. The chapter is committed to specific initiatives on a year-round basis as well as a broad-scale vision of what those initiates represent: commitment to the empowerment of women, confrontation with women’s issues, clear goals for addressing those same issues through identifiable initiatives, creating a safe space for women on campus, and inviting both women and men to become part of a more respectful, more truly democratic embracement of all people who identify as female. The chapter is also committed to working with other initiatives on campus that promote diversity with a view to progressive change. The chapter recognizes the diversity of perspectives within the group that identifies as female, and thus promotes and supports all events related to its central mission.
